The reunion hotel is The Hacienda Hotel with the room rate of $81.00 per day which includes the cities occupancy tax. The hotel’s address is 525 North Sepulveda Boulevard El Segundo, CA 90245-4496 and is next to Los Angeles Airport (LAX) with free shuttle service. For members arriving by car there is a $5.00/day fee vs $25.00 in most of metropolitan Los Angeles. Please note this modest price is because the hotel is owned by Myron Harpole, Col USMC Ret. and who also is a USNR Midshipmen’s School alumni ( University of California Berkley).
To make your reservations call the hotel direct at (800) 421-5900 and ask for: Columbia Midshipmen’s Reunion to identify under the room block.
Please note there is no provision to book reservations on-line.

Daily schedule of events/activities
Sunday: 1400 Hospitality room opens for registration packet pickup
1700 Welcome reception hospitality room
1830 Dinner break
2000 Orientation meeting hospitality room
Monday: Scenic tours of Hollywood, Beverly Hills, B. H. Library and visit Rodeo Drive.
Catered buffet lunch w/visit by Mayor of Beverly Hills.
Tuesday: Visits to Petersen Automotive & Los Angeles County Museums, lunch on your
Own at Farmers Market followed by visit of The Grove/shopping.
Wednesday: Visits to Santa Monica Pier & J. Paul Getty Museum (this outstanding museum will take
considerable time, lunch there on your own).
Please note all the above events are scheduled to commence at 10:00 after an hour or less bus trip.
Thursday: Free day for misc. attendees’ activities Banquet Dinner and Special Entertainment
Friday: Reunion concludes.
